Meredith: Hi! I’m Meredith, nice to meet you. For years I had the worst hair. Fine, breakable, and even thinning in spots. I tried so many different shampoos and conditioners. However, I care deeply about the environment, so I always felt a little guilty about all the plastic bottles in my bathroom. One day I realized there had to be a way to get quality products without bottles. I started researching shampoo bars and then began experimenting with making them.

Ron: Hello and thanks for checking out our products. As a windsurfer, mountaineer, and world traveler, I’ve seen way too much garbage from the coastlines to the mountains. My masters degree in chemical engineering and phD in environmental engineering, qualified me to help Meredith design and test shampoo and conditioner bars. We chose top quality ingredients that work. Because they are solid instead of liquid, we didn’t need to include emulsifiers, thickeners, opacifiers, or water. We also left out silicones, phthalates, parabens, waxes and sulfates.
